Idapted Introduces Exciting New Opportunities To The Work At Home Market

Idapted, Ltd. has announced an exciting new opportunity in the field of homesourcing and teleservices. Idapted will contract work at home businesses to provide oral English language training to its customers overseas using VoIP and Idapted's proprietary platform EnglishQuad. Said Idapted's CEO, Adrian Li: “We will empower native speakers of English to help train the millions of students struggling with oral English worldwide”.
Idapted has designed the EnglishQuad platform to empower native speakers of English without prior background in ESL teaching to be effective language Trainers. Students worldwide will benefit from having on demand access to a broad network of Trainers for everyday conversation practice. Additionally, Idapted will offer a selection of supplemental teaching materials, such as podcasts and a vocabulary builder that will be available to students free of charge.
Idapted has already opened an office in Beijing to tap into the tremendous potential of the local language learning market. “We will offer our students real language training with real people” – said Li. Millions of Chinese are learning English to create greater career prospects and the government is actively promoting English learning in preparation for the Beijing Olympics in 2008 and Shanghai Expo in 2010. English learning has become so popular that it has been dubbed English Fever – an expression that even entered dictionaries and everyday speech.
Idapted, Ltd. is a Silicon Valley based start up founded by two Stanford University graduates with a mission to democratize language learning. Their Board of Advisors includes well known names such as Bill Trenchard, CEO of LiveOps, a successful teleservices company and Russ Siegelman of VC firm Kleiner Perkins Caufield and Byers.
